Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Dirty Laundry Studio purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided that the item:
• Is new, unused and unworn
• Has all original labels and tags attached
• Is returned in its original packaging
• Is in its original condition
To request a return, please email returns@dirtylaundrystudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with the return instructions.
Returns from Malaysia
For orders delivered within Malaysia, we will provide the applicable return instructions and advise you of any return shipping requirements before the return is made.
International Returns
For orders delivered outside Malaysia, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment to Malaysia.
This includes all return shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, taxes, handling fees and any other costs incurred in sending the returned item(s) back to Malaysia.
Please ensure that any international return is sent using a tracked shipping service and that the parcel is correctly declared as a returned merchandise/returned goods shipment where applicable.
Dirty Laundry Studio is not responsible for any loss, damage, customs charges, duties, taxes or other costs associated with an international return.
We recommend checking the cost of returning an item to Malaysia before sending it, as international return shipping and associated charges can be significant.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions above.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the returned item(s).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
International Orders
For orders originally shipped outside Malaysia, original shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs charges and other fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Where applicable, refunds will be limited to the purchase price of the returned product(s).
Any costs associated with returning the product(s) to Malaysia are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Dirty Laundry Studio.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or style, please contact us at returns@dirtylaundrystudio.com.
International customers should note that the cost of returning the original item(s) to Malaysia, together with any applicable customs, duties or taxes, is the customer’s responsibility. Any costs associated with sending the replacement item may also apply.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from the item you ordered, please contact us at care@dirtylaundrystudio.com as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue. We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or return at no cost to you.
