We’re here for people who wear what they believe in, do things their own way, and aren’t afraid to stand out. These Terms of Service explain the rules for shopping with us and using our website.

1. ABOUT DIRTY LAUNDRY STUDIO
This website is operated by Dirty Laundry Studio, a streetwear brand based in Malaysia.
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, “Dirty Laundry Studio”, “Dirty Laundry”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website.
These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website, purchases made through our online store, and related services, unless otherwise stated.
2. USING OUR WEBSITE
By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority, you should use our website and make purchases with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, misuse our services, or provide false or misleading information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, restrict access, or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful activity, misuse, security concerns or breaches of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of our website from time to time. We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption where practicable.
3. OUR PRODUCTS
We create streetwear for people who don’t need permission to be themselves.
We take reasonable care to ensure that our product descriptions, sizing information, photographs and prices are accurate. However, actual colours and appearances may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, device settings and the characteristics of the materials used.
Product images are provided to illustrate the item and its design. Please read the product description and available sizing information before ordering.
Our products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve it.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products or update designs, materials, packaging and product details where reasonably necessary. Any changes affecting an order already accepted by us will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms agreed for that order.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
4. PRICES, CURRENCY AND TAXES
Our prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout. For Malaysian orders, prices will be displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) where MYR is the selected currency.
The final amount payable, including applicable delivery charges and any taxes or other charges that we are required to disclose, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Prices and promotions may change without notice. A change will not ordinarily affect an order that we have already accepted, except where a correction or other action is permitted by applicable law and these Terms.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate. If a genuine pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before proceeding with the affected order. If we cannot fulfil the order at the agreed price, we will explain the issue and arrange a cancellation and refund where appropriate.
For international orders, import duties, customs charges, taxes or other destination-country fees may apply. Where these charges are payable by the recipient, the customer is responsible for them unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout or in the relevant shipping terms.
Any applicable Malaysian taxes will be handled in accordance with Malaysian law.
5. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions, discount codes, gift vouchers and other offers are subject to their stated terms, validity periods and availability.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Codes are non-transferable.
- Only one promotional code may be used per order.
- Promotions cannot be combined unless we expressly allow it.
- Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any terms already applicable to a completed transaction.
6. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After checkout, you may receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
We will take reasonable steps to process and fulfil your order. Acceptance will be communicated through our order-processing or dispatch communications, or otherwise in accordance with the applicable checkout terms.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorised or completed.
- A material product description or pricing error has occurred.
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.
- Delivery to the specified destination is restricted or unavailable.
- We cannot reasonably verify the order details.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange a refund for the affected amount, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting payment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address or other order information. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or dispatch.
7. PAYMENT
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available methods may include debit cards, credit cards, digital wallets and other payment services supported by our payment providers.
Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched unless we expressly agree otherwise.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
We do not ask customers to disclose their full payment-card details by email. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from us, please contact us through our official customer service email.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Dirty Laundry Studio is based in Malaysia, and orders are fulfilled according to the shipping options available for the selected destination.
Delivery methods, fees, estimated delivery times and destination availability will be stated in our Shipping Policy or displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name and contact details.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a particular date. Delays may occur because of courier operations, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, peak sales periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a delivery issue arises, please contact us so that we can assist with the appropriate next steps.
For international orders, customers must comply with applicable import requirements in the destination country and pay any applicable charges allocated to them under the shipping terms.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for the applicable process and eligibility requirements.
Our published policy explains how to request a return, the condition required for returned items, return shipping arrangements and the processing of refunds.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable policy, change-of-mind returns must meet the published return conditions. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged through customer use or returned without the required original tags may not qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return.
Different arrangements may apply to items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
To request assistance, email returns@dirtylaundrystudio.com with your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs where appropriate.
We will review the request and explain the next steps. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law.
Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms limits any non-excludable rights or remedies available to customers under Malaysian consumer protection law or other applicable law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Dirty Laundry Studio is more than a name on a T-shirt. Our designs, artwork, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, product descriptions, written content and other original website materials are owned by us or used with permission, and may be protected by intellectual property laws.
You may browse our website and share links to our publicly available pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not, without our prior written permission where required:
- Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our designs or artwork.
- Use our logos, branding or product images to imply an association with us.
- Reproduce or distribute substantial parts of our website content.
- Modify, sell or use our intellectual property in a way that infringes our rights.
